Favourite Race? Mooloolaba Tri
Favourite Distance? 1500/40/10 (I think)
Proudest Sporting moment? Finishing my first Olympic distance triathlon – Mooloolaba 2008 (about 15-20min quicker than I expected)
Favourite DAT Activity? Sunday morning long rides
Worst Sporting injury? Been pretty lucky – does that mean I don’t train hard enough?? But having a total memory blank for a whole return ride from Eaton’s Crossing was pretty scary.
What Bike do you Ride? Giant OCRA Comp
Why do you do Triathlons? Because Eliza and Lesley said I should. Isn’t Lesley sorry now!!! It was meant to be something to do during the off-running season, but now it has usurped running as primary focus.
Favourite Training Day?  One where the alarm can be set for after 6am!
Favourite DAN Quote? “And now to finish off the set”......(when he’s about to spring his last training surprise for the day)
What are your Goals this Season? Swimming, swimming, swimming – get the times down! And, manage the Noosa 2010 run leg in much better shape than 2009.
Your Hero? Percy Cerutty (Melbourne running coach in the 1950s)

What did you have for Breakfast? Home made muesli, with milk and yogurt
